Equilibrium is built around the idea of community. The 3.500 sqm of green area in front of the building, together with the services offered the ground floor, create a place that helps people connect, work, relax or just be together.

Overall, the entire project focuses on shifting the notion of a traditional “workspace” for our residents towards a livelier, more flexible design and to refresh the overall aspect of urban space.

Equilibrium also provides its occupants with exterior bike racks located in the back of the building, changing rooms and showers located in the basement.

EQUILIBRIUM 1 delivered November 2019

With 11 above ground floors and 242 parking places, the first building of the Equilibrium project offers approx. 1.900 sq.m. GLA/floor, and a total of 20.600 sq.m. GLA/building.

EQUILIBRIUM 2 delivery date - end of 2022

With 11 above ground floors and 228 parking places, the second building of Equilibrium project approx. offers 1.790 sq.m. GLA/floor, with a total of 19.500 sq.m. GLA/building.

Equilibrium 1 is LEED® Platinum certified. Equilibrium 2 is registered with the certification goal of LEED® Platinum building.

From the architectural point of view, the concomitant transposition of the two buildings emphasizes their interdependence, but also the fact that the balance equilibrium does not mean perfection, but the continuous attempt to reach harmony. The vibrant volume of the building together with the large canopy on the ground floor invites the user, through configurations and directions, to take an ascending walk, suggesting evolution and the human capacity for continuous re-adaptation, through a dynamic and playful outdoor space.

The metaphor of evolution is also captured inside by arranging the lobby space on two levels. The elegance and imposingness suggested by the high height, the brightness of the space and the finishes used, are balanced by the playfulness of the suspended decorative installation and the surprise element of the decorative wall in the entrance space.
